All products and services provided are intended for use in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and are supplied “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These products are not certified for use in manned aircraft or safety-critical systems unless explicitly stated. Use of these products in any application involving risk to life, property, or mission-critical operations is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the proper installation, configuration, testing, and operation of all products. Improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to adequately test systems may result in equipment failure, loss of vehicle, property damage, personal injury, or death.

We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of aircraft, payload, data, revenue, or profits, arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products or services, regardless of cause.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and aviation authority requirements, including but not limited to those set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration or other governing bodies.

By purchasing, installing, or using these products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to assume all associated risks and accepts the terms of this disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
